Stefania Petrosino is an Associate with nearly a decade of experience managing residential and mixed-use development projects through the development management process. They joined Nexus in 2024 from the private sector where they advised on a range of residential, employment, and mixed-use projects across the UK.

Stefania advises clients on detailed applications, discharge of conditions, wider implementation strategies, coordinating consultant teams, and managing projects from pre-application engagement through to determination. They have particular experience supporting large-scale residential and mixed-use developments navigating complex multi-stage consenting processes.

Stefania works closely with clients, local planning authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to support the timely delivery of development schemes. They are a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
