Adrian Keal is a qualified architect and town planner who brings over 30 years of development experience to the wide range of projects in which he is involved. He has worked with Nexus since the business was established in 2013 and now works part-time for a limited number of long-term clients, managing planning and urban design projects.

He advises clients regarding planning issues, coordinates the preparation of planning applications, and works with a range of associated sub-consultants. He also manages public consultation exercises.

Adrian has secured beneficial planning permissions for many complex developments for public and private sector clients. His understanding of market realities, combined with his architecture and design background, enables him to analyse and resolve development issues.

His current clients include AW Champion and Pangbourne Beaver Properties Ltd. Adrian is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
