Oliver has extensive experience of managing a wide range of projects throughout his career, with a particular focus in strategic land promotion and the management of complex major residential and mixed-use planning applications across the UK and participating in numerous Local Plan Examinations.

He has also successfully co-ordinated a range of employment-related developments, including a half million square foot of industrial floorspace in the Black Country, a new landmark headquarters building in Northampton and a variety of office developments across the South East of England.

Oliver has also co-ordinated the preparation of a number of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for major developments across the country.

His recent clients include Inland Homes Plc, Farmglade Ltd, Miller Homes Ltd and St Congar.
