He joined Nexus Planning with more than six years’ experience in the public sector, working in Development Management at Runnymede Borough Council and Elmbridge Borough Council dealing with a variety of planning applications, including large scale housing, commercial and dementia care schemes in the urban area and the green belt; along with a variety of appeals.

Matt is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
