Max Gull is a Senior Planner advising on strategic land and regeneration projects in the South of England.

He supports clients through all stages of the planning process, including site promotion, planning applications and appeals. Max works on projects ranging from strategic-scale developments to regeneration schemes across the residential, commercial and education sectors. His role includes preparing and executing planning strategies, coordinating consultant teams and contributing to the delivery of complex planning applications and planning appeals.

Prior to joining Nexus in 2023, Max worked within Development Management at South Oxfordshire District Council, where he assessed a broad range of planning applications.

Since joining the team, Max has advised clients including Taylor Wimpey Strategic Land, Berkeley Strategic Land, Gleeson Land, Hawridge Strategic Land and The Ernest Cook Trust. He holds BSc and MSc qualifications in planning and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2021. He is also a member of the Thames Valley Young Planners Committee.
