Adam Ross is an Executive Director with 30 years’ professional experience advising on strategic land promotion and large-scale development projects across the UK.

As one of Nexus Planning’s founding Directors, Adam leads Nexus’ strategic land work nationally, advising a range of landowners, developers and housebuilders on strategic land projects throughout England, including housing, employment, and mixed-use developments.

The Strategic Land team he oversees operates from each of the company’s five regional office hubs. The team is currently promoting more than 4,500 hectares of land for development, for more than 50 developers / housebuilders / landowners, with more than 15 individual sites promoted for at least 1,000 homes each.

Adam is an experienced and effective expert witness, having given evidence at numerous Section 78 Planning Inquiries and Local Plan Examinations. Adam is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
