Keshni Patel-Rayani is a Planner with experience in a range of regeneration, later living, residential and mixed-use projects. She joined Nexus in 2024 and supports clients through the planning process, assisting with planning applications, project management and the coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams.

Previously, Keshni worked within Development Management and Planning Enforcement roles in the public sector, giving her an understanding of local authority decision-making processes and the practical application of planning policy. Her background in both the public and private sectors enables her to provide well-rounded planning advice to clients across a variety of development proposals.

Keshni has worked on projects throughout the UK, with clients including Kedleston Limited, The Salvation Army and GDST. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
