Daniel Gresswell-Nunn is an Associate specialising in strategic land promotion, planning strategy and major residential and mixed-use developments across the South East and Home Counties. He joined Nexus in 2025 and advises a wide range of developers, housebuilders, land promoters, and private clients.

Daniel’s experience includes managing strategic and medium-scale planning applications, preparing planning strategies, coordinating planning appeals and promoting sites through Local and Neighbourhood Plan processes. He also has expertise in Green Belt and Grey Belt matters, housing land supply, affordable housing needs and strategic site promotion.

Having previously worked within planning policy teams at local authorities in Surrey, Daniel has valuable insight into both private and public sector planning processes.

Daniel has advised clients including Berkeley, Croudace, Gleeson, Hawridge Strategic Land, RPG and Blenheim Strategic Partners. He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
