Megan Douglas is a Principal Planner with experience advising on residential, later living and employment development projects across England.

She joined Nexus in 2021 and has worked with land promoters and national housebuilders on a range of brownfield and greenfield schemes. Her experience includes strategic site promotion, planning applications and planning appeals, with particular involvement in residential-led development projects.

Megan supports clients throughout the planning process, from early-stage strategy and site promotion through to application submission and determination. She has experience working on projects across England, particularly in the North West and South East.

Megan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
