James Havers is the Finance and Operations Director at Nexus. An Executive Director and member of the Board, he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the business.

James leads Nexus’ finance, HR, marketing, operations, legal and compliance, IT and facilities functions. He works closely with colleagues throughout the business to support operational performance, business transformation and long-term growth.

James joined Nexus in 2024, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across professional services, management consultancy and operational transformation. Prior to joining Nexus, he held senior operational and transformation roles at Kingsley Napley LLP, Linklaters LLP and Deloitte LLP.

He combines experience in operational leadership, change management and consultancy, supported by professional qualifications in management accounting, internal audit, project management and Lean Six Sigma.
