Jessica Li is a Chartered Town Planner with several years' experience in both the public and private sectors, specialising in strategic planning and development management. She joined as a Senior Planner in 2026 and works on a range of strategic planning and reserved matters projects throughout the South of England.
Her role involves advising clients on site potential, undertaking site appraisals, managing pre-application enquiries, preparing planning applications and appeals, and supporting strategic land promotion.
Before Nexus, Jessica worked within development management roles in central London local authorities and on private sector projects across London and the south coast. Her background in both public and private sectors has given her a strong understanding of how planning policy is interpreted and applied in practice.
Jessica advises a broad portfolio of clients including developers, land promoters, education providers and private individuals, and has experience in residential, mixed-use, industrial and commercial developments. She is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
