Kath has recently managed the introduction of a new Business Management System for Nexus, working with colleagues to oversee a successful data migration exercise and smooth implementation, including rolling out a training programme for the whole business. Kath also has extensive experience in project, office and administrative management, Executive Team/Board level support, processes, procedures and operations, coordination of Planning teams and EIAs, as well as solid and varied experience within administrative support.
