Alicia graduated from University College London in 2022 with a Masters in Spatial Planning, following her degree in Planning and Architecture at the University of Westminster.

Alicia has a keen interest in creating a more environmentally conscious future. Since joining Nexus towards the end of 2022, she has actively contributed towards various projects, with a particular focus on retail studies. She has assisted with the completion of retail studies for North Northamptonshire Council, Milton Keynes City Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council.
