Alicia Privett is a Planner whose work spans regeneration, later living, retail and strategic land projects in Greater London, the South East and the South West. She joined Nexus in 2022 after completing a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning, and became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2025.
Alicia advises on a broad range of major and minor planning applications and appeals, working on projects across residential-led regeneration, later living and strategic development schemes. She has also contributed to retail studies for local authorities throughout England and Wales.
Prior to joining Nexus full-time, Alicia completed a placement with the London team during her undergraduate degree, supporting healthy city research by Key Cities.
Her project experience includes the former Novartis site in Horsham, Land at Wyke Road in Raynes Park and Station Road, Cowfold. Alicia is also actively involved in Nexus' social value initiatives and community engagement activities.
