Connor Shingler is an Associate specialising in strategic residential and employment development projects across the Midlands and South East.
He joined Nexus in 2023, having previously worked at DLP Planning Ltd. Connor advises developer and landowner clients on planning strategy, site promotion, planning applications and appeals, alongside the coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams on complex development projects.
His experience includes the promotion and delivery of urban extensions, new settlements and major employment schemes through the Local Plan and development management process. Connor is currently involved in a number of strategic residential and employment projects, including developments at Carterton, Daventry, Burnham and Gaydon.
Connor acts for various national and regional developers and land promoters, including Croudace Homes, Gleeson Land, Lone Star Land and RPG Group.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
