Daniel Sharp is a Director and manages the Reserved Matters sector team. He has significant experience securing reserved matters approvals and managing the post-outline planning process for residential and mixed-use developments across the South West and South East.
Daniel advises clients on planning strategy, reserved matters applications and the discharge of planning conditions, with particular experience supporting housebuilders and master developers through the delivery of multi-phase developments.
Daniel works closely with consultant teams, local planning authorities and clients to help coordinate the consenting process and maintain programme delivery, from the grant of outline permission through to implementation.
His experience includes advising clients including Vistry Homes, Crest Nicholson and Lands Improvement Holdings. Before he joined Nexus in 2022, Daniel previously worked at Rapleys, Walsingham Planning, Ian Jewson Planning and RPS.
Daniel has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2009.
