Caitlen Murray is the HR Coordinator at Nexus Planning, based in the Manchester office. She supports the day-to-day running of HR across the business, responding to general HR queries and assisting with recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, benefits and payroll.

Since joining Nexus in September 2026, Caitlen has also supported HR policies and procedures, alongside HR data and policy compliance.

Before joining Nexus, Caitlen worked as an HR Administrator at MPM Products, a private-sector FMCG business specialising in premium pet food. She previously held an HR Screening Administrator role and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
