Commensurate with her experience, Sarah has acted for numerous public and private sector clients and worked on a wide variety of projects including some major, high profile London developments.

Sarah has successfully guided numerous projects from inception to completion, and has extensive experience of advising on complex issues including Green Belts, listed buildings, Conservation Areas, ecology and landscape matters. She is adept at providing commercially-astute planning strategy advice, including through due diligence reports and appraisals; preparing and managing pre-application enquiries, planning applications and appeals; negotiating planning obligations and legal agreements; and managing the discharge of planning conditions.

Sarah has considerable experience in the residential-mixed use sector, although she has a particular speciality in care and retirement projects having acted throughout her career for clients including Avery, Barchester, Signature Senior Lifestyle, KYN, HC-One, Care Concern, Rangeford, Anchor Trust and Cinnamon Care.
