Sarah Roe is a Director leading the company’s Later Living sector, with particular experience in London and the South East. She joined Nexus in 2021 and has more than 25 years’ experience across planning consultancy, local government and the specialist retirement housing sector.

Sarah specialises in major care and retirement living developments, advising clients on planning strategy, site promotion, development potential, planning applications and appeals. She works closely with developers, landowners and operators to deliver high-quality later living schemes and support the provision of housing for older people.

Prior to joining the team, Sarah held planning consultancy roles advising both public and private sector clients across a broad range of development sectors. Earlier in her career, she worked within local authorities and for a specialist retirement housebuilder.

She has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2004.
