Joseph Teahon is a Planner supporting strategic land projects throughout the South East.
He advises on projects from initial site appraisals and pre-application engagement through to planning applications, appeals and site promotion through the plan-making process. Joseph assists senior colleagues and consultant teams in the preparation and coordination of planning submissions, helping to progress projects efficiently through the planning system.
Before joining Nexus in 2025, Joseph worked at DPDS Consulting and Parker Planning Services, where he gained experience across a range of private sector planning projects.
Joseph has advised clients including Hawridge Strategic Land, Gleeson Land, Ernest Cook Trust and CEG Land Promotions. He holds an MPlan degree and is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
