Jonathan Chick is an Associate with more than a decade's experience in planning consultancy, specialising in residential and mixed-use projects.

Joining Nexus in 2023, Jonathan previously worked at Walsingham Planning and Ian Jewson Planning. He advises clients on planning strategy, major planning applications, housing delivery, and planning appeals. He has managed a wide range of major projects, with particular experience across the South West.

His work spans multiple sectors, including reserved matters, regeneration and strategic land, and he is actively involved in supporting the growth of Nexus’ Reserved Matters sector team.

Jonathan has advised clients including Vistry Group, Crest Nicholson and Cavanna Homes.

He has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2017 and is a former member of the RTPI South West Activities Committee.
