His experience includes securing planning permissions and allocations for large –scale residential developments in London and the South East, and securing planning permission for leisure developments including a high ropes course within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Through his involvement in these projects, Hywel has demonstrated a range of skills including project management, interpreting planning policy to appraise development potential and to justify proposals, carrying out effective public consultation, as well as preparing planning application and policy documentation.

Hywel’s recent clients include CEG, Inland Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Farmglade Ltd and Skywalk Adventure.

Hywel is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
