Charlotte Hargreaves is an Intern supporting a range of planning projects while completing her MSc in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Birmingham.

She contributes to projects in a variety of sectors, including retail, regeneration and mixed-use development. Her work has included helping deliver retail studies and town centre health checks, alongside assisting with planning projects across the Birmingham office.

Before joining Nexus in 2026, Charlotte gained experience within private consultancy and completed a placement with the National Trust’s West Midlands Planning team, including working on UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Charlotte is a committee member of the RTPI West Midlands Young Planners network.
