Georgia Goff is an Associate with experience advising on residential, education and office repositioning projects across England.

She leads projects from early-stage planning strategy through to the preparation, coordination and determination of planning applications. Georgia provides clear, solution-focused advice in both minor and major developments, supporting clients through all stages of the planning process. Her experience includes planning appraisals, strategy advice, appeals and planning policy research, alongside managing consultant teams and client relationships.

Before joining Nexus in 2020, Georgia worked at Planning Potential, where she advised on retail and leisure developments.

Georgia has advised clients including the Girls’ Day School Trust, Bowmer and Kirkland and G F Tomlinson. She holds a Master’s degree in Planning from the University of Manchester and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2022.
