Neha Kulkarni is an Assistant Planner who works on a range of planning projects. She joined Nexus in 2025 and has a background in architecture and postgraduate training in urban design and international planning.

Neha assists with the preparation and submission of planning applications, planning policy research and coordination across a variety of projects, including retail and mixed-use residential schemes of varying scales.

Prior to Nexus, Neha completed an MSc in Urban Design and International Planning at the University of Manchester, building on an earlier Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.

Neha has a particular interest in urban analysis, spatial design and planning policy research, alongside experience using GIS and Adobe Creative Suite tools to support planning and design work. She is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
