Meridian Water is the largest regeneration priority area in Enfield, covering 82 ha of brownfield, retail and industrial land.

Enfield Council have set ambitious targets for the site, which will create a new town centre, 10,000 new homes and employment alongside a new rail station.

We provided wide-ranging town planning support to Vinci, who - on behalf of the London Borough of Enfield - have delivered extensive strategic infrastructure to support the delivery of new homes and jobs at Meridian Water. The Strategic Infrastructure Works include new roads and bridges, parklands and flood defence, and land remediation work. As well as facilitating the delivery of these critical works, our role has involved amending and supplementing various planning permissions at the site.

The work we undertook allowed the timely delivery of the scheme - in turn supporting the council’s ambitions for a high-quality regeneration scheme.
