Jack Dickinson is an Associate Director with more than 10 years’ experience advising on residential, regeneration and strategic land projects across the UK.

He manages multi-disciplinary teams to promote sites and secure planning permissions for a wide range of developments, including strategic residential schemes, reserved matters applications, regeneration projects and employment developments. Jack has particular experience advising on both immediate and strategic land opportunities for developers, land promoters and housing providers.

Jack joined Nexus in 2022, having previously held both consultancy and client-side planning roles at Ainscough Strategic Land, Turley and Crowley Associates. His experience spans projects in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands and the South of England.

His clients include Places for People, Vistry, RPG, Croudace Homes and Onward Homes. Jack has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2018.
