Hayden Foster is a Senior Planner in the Bristol office with nearly a decade's planning experience in both the public and private sectors.

Hayden advises on a range of strategic land and planning application projects, undertaking site appraisals, preparing pre-application enquiries and planning applications, and promoting sites through the Local Plan process. He has particular experience supporting residential development proposals throughout the South and South West of England.

Before joining Nexus in 2026, Hayden worked within the South team at Carter Jonas, covering projects from Bristol to Oxford. Earlier in his career, he worked at Bath and North East Somerset Council in both Planning Policy and Development Management, providing valuable insight into local authority decision-making processes.

Hayden is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
