Peter has over 25 years of consultancy experience spent working with both public and private sector clients throughout the UK.
He has advised on a wide range of projects including strategic development frameworks, town centre and retail developments, residential schemes, major energy projects, urban extensions and regeneration strategies.
As well as providing planning and regeneration advice, Peter has also been retained to manage developer procurement and delivery on a number of projects. This breadth and depth of experience enables him to provide balanced, delivery-focused planning, development and stakeholder management advice to clients.
His recent clients include the Homes and Communities Agency, Frontier Estates, E.ON plc, Hollins Strategic Land, Countryside Homes, Wates, University of Chester, Sefton Council, Associated British Foods, NHS Property Services and Welwyn Hatfield Council.
Peter is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, as well as the Academy of Urbanism. He is also a past chair of the North West RTPI.
