We are delighted to have secured resolution to grant planning permission for 3M UK PLC in Bracknell.  The small housing scheme (27 dwellings) will make great use of part of 3M’s headquarters campus, providing much needed housing whilst having no impact on 3M’s wider commercial activities.

We were pleased to have worked closely with the wider team including Wardell Armstrong and i-Transport in resolving competing ecology, drainage and access demands. Also encouraging for the state of the housing market generally is the amount of developer interest in taking this site forwards (being marketed by Cushman Wakefield).
