ST DUNSTAN’S, WOKING
We were appointed by Thameswey Group to prepare and negotiate a major planning application for a comprehensive brownfield development in close proximity to Woking Station. The development comprises of 147 new dwellings and 493 sqm of commercial floorspace in a building up to 13-storeys in height.
Our Solutions
We contributed to the planning strategy, supporting the evolution of the design and managed the planning application process for both schemes. We assisted Thameswey Group to overcome the complex planning and land ownerships issues, enabling the smooth running of the planning and development process in close liaison with officers at Woking Borough Council.
The Outcome
Planning permission was granted and the development, renamed Harrington Place, is currently under construction and due for completion in 2021.
