We were appointed by DTZ Investors to manage the submission of a full planning application and advertisement consent for the regeneration and substantial upgrade of the Printworks leisure destination within Manchester City Centre.
Our Solutions
We worked closely with the project team, including architects and heritage consultants, to ensure the proposed development was sensitively designed to reflect its local designation, whilst enhancing its important function as a key leisure destination within the city centre.
The Outcome
Both planning permission and advertisement consents were granted, including a full lighting and advert strategy for the scheme, meeting both the operators’ and local authority’s requirements.
