We are thrilled to have secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a 160 unit residential scheme in Frimley Green on behalf of Berkeley Group Plc.
The resolution will provide an important boost to Surrey Heath Borough Council’s Five Year Housing Land Supply.

In addition to providing 160 new homes, the scheme will revitalise an under-utilised brownfield site on the edge of Frimley Green and provide extensive private and public amenity spaces including a dedicated Local Area for Play. In a tip of the hat to the site’s industrial heritage, the scheme will retain the former Pumphouse building on site, which will be converted into three residential units. The scheme strikes an important balance between making efficient use of space, providing high quality housing, well-designed public spaces and sufficient parking.
The scheme will provide affordable homes on site, as well as important financial contributions to Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace, Strategic Access Management and Monitoring measures, and a local flood alleviation scheme.
