He has advised on a wide range of projects including strategic development frameworks, town centre and retail developments, residential schemes, later living, major energy projects and urban extensions.

As well as providing planning and regeneration advice, Peter has also been retained to manage developer procurement and delivery on a number of projects. This breadth and depth of experience enables him to provide balanced, delivery-focused planning, development and stakeholder management advice to clients across public and private sectors.

His recent clients include the Vistry Group, Onward Homes, BXB Land Solutions, Frontier Estates, Wates, University of Chester, Homes England, Associated British Foods, Manchester City Council, NHS Property Services and Welwyn Hatfield Council.

Peter is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is a past chair of the North West RTPI. He was previously appointed Planning Expert to the Government’s High Streets Task Force.
