Prior notification application approved for the conversion of offices to residential

On behalf of Farmglade Ltd, Nexus Planning has secured prior notification approval from South Buckinghamshire District Council to convert Phoenix House (Class B1a Office) to 29 residential units (Class C3) in Tatling End.

Classed as permitted development under Class O Schedule 2 of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (as amended) (England) Order 2018, the conversion of Phoenix House from office space will provide 23 1-bedroom and 6 2-bedroom units, bringing a sustainable use to the building whilst making a meaningful contribution to the provision of much-needed housing.
