Resolution to grant received for 157 dwellings in Buckinghamshire

On behalf of Westonmead Farm Limited, Nexus Planning has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission from Aylesbury Vale District Council for up to 157 dwellings on the edge of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
The site benefits from a draft housing allocation in the emerging Vale of Aylesbury Local Plan (VALP) and forms part of the wider Aylesbury Garden Town proposals. In recognition of this, the scheme includes 50% green infrastructure to accordance with a key principle of the garden town. In addition, the development will deliver a range of local and strategic infrastructure benefits, including the dualling of the A41 outside the site.
