Nexus Planning announces summer 2019 promotions

Nexus Planning is pleased to announce a number of promotions across our London, Manchester and Reading offices.
Steve Doel – Associate Director
Steve is an experienced planner who advises clients on a range of project including advising BP on proposals for the redevelopment for the Castrol HQ at Pangbourne, advising on residential proposals at Henwick Park and advising on a major strategic planning application for 1600 homes at Aylesbury.
Zoe Knott – Associate
Zoe joined Nexus as a graduate in 2013 and amongst other things she has taken a key role in managing a number of significant strategic projects including South Wokingham (1,700 homes), Angmering (800 homes), Yapton (250 homes) and Daventry (1,100 homes). Zoe also leads the company’s EIA services.
Hywel James – Principal Planner
Hywel works on a range of projects for a variety of clients, which include the promotion of a new settlement in Hart District and assisting in various property related advice for a major landowner in Dorset – including the promotion of a new settlement.
Heidi Duncan – Principal Planner
Heidi has provided a significant contribution to the quality advice provided by the office and has taken ownership of a range of residential and commercial projects in and around London. She is pivotal to growing our socio-economics business.
Amy Stone – Principal Planner
Amy has built up a strong client relationship with a private school trust, which has developed significant repeat instruction. She has also worked on a major Green Belt residential scheme in Nottinghamshire; project managing a complicated Green Belt planning application, justified on grounds of very special circumstances.
Zena Foale-Banks – Principal Planner
Zena has successfully taken on responsibility for existing masterplan commitments in London, most notably Romsey. She has also managed a range of key projects in Margate and undertaken a range of Town Centre studies where her work in Northern Ireland, and more recently the Republic, has been very well received.
Natasha Bullen – Senior Planner
Natasha has had a significant role in helping to deliver the South Wokingham project and Angmering North. She has also continued to work on a range of other schemes including Anytime Fitness and bringing to a conclusion our work in Addlestone Town Centre.
Kathryn Block – Planner
Examples of Kathryn’s current projects include assisting with a planning application for a large urban extension on the edge of Daventry and helping manage planning applications at Vaughan Trading Estate.
Euan Connolly – Planner
Over the last two years Euan has worked on a range of projects including the Derby and Stoke-on-Trent retail studies as well as managing a number of applications, including a 230 unit scheme at Belle Vue, in Manchester.
