Permissions granted at 10 Queen Street Place
12th February 2019
Over the past eighteen months, Nexus Planning has worked closely with Knight Frank to assist with the redevelopment of 10 Queen Street Place, in the City of London.
We have successfully obtained 4 planning permissions and 3 advert consents to facilitate the refurbishment of the building’s main entrance, the creation of a new café at ground floor, and to enable the rebranding of the building from “Thames Exchange” to “Riverscape”.
The Planning Strategy required ongoing negotiation with Planning Officers at the City of London throughout the course of the project, in order to overcome a range of concerns, varying from design to signage location.
