Nexus Planning continues to grow in London through hire of Paul Landsberg

Nexus Planning has announced an expansion of its London team, with Paul Landsberg joining the firm as an associate.
Paul is a chartered town planner with particular expertise in large-scale mixed-use developments, major infrastructure projects and estate regeneration, as well as schemes across the residential, retail and commercial sectors. He joins Nexus Planning from Wandsworth Borough Council, where he was principal planner and closely involved in the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea Opportunity Area regeneration, one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects. He was also lead planning officer for the £8 billion redevelopment of the iconic Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station.
Over the course of his career, he has obtained extensive experience of engaging with stakeholders and statutory consultees including the Secretary of State, the Mayor of London/GLA, Historic England, the Environment Agency, the Health and Safety Executive, the Port of London Authority and various land owners and commercial operators. A Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Paul also holds a degree and diploma in town and regional planning from South Africa, where he worked on a number of brownfield and greenfield developments.
