Nexus Planning announces promotions

Leading UK planning and regeneration consultancy Nexus Planning today announced the promotion of Justin Cove to Director, as the firm promotes eight members of the nationwide team.
Based in Nexus Planning’s Manchester office, Justin has over 18 years of experience within both the public and private sector, including previous roles at DTZ, BNP Paribas and Turley. His promotion reflects his pivotal role in growing the Nexus Planning team in Manchester and developing the firm’s residential portfolio. Justin has established a strong track record in securing residential site allocations and planning permissions for the private sector through both local determination and the appeal process. He also plays a central role in the firm’s work for the HCA in the region.
In addition, seven other members of the Nexus Planning team have also received recognition for their outstanding contributions to the growth of the firm. Nexus Planning has also promoted:

- Andrew Somerville to Associate Director
- Oliver Bell to Associate Director
- Steven Doel to Associate
- Helen Hartley to Principal Planner
- Esha Banwait to Principal Planner
- Rosanna Cohen to Senior Planner
These promotions come at a time of significant growth for Nexus Planning and will support the firm’s ambitious business growth strategy, which has already resulted in a doubling of the team and turnover since the company launch four years ago.
