
Delighted to have been part of the Bonhill Street team to gain planning approval to transform a 1960s office block on behalf of Mayfair Capital Investment Management Limited.
The transformation includes a new accessible reception, flexible working spaces, end of trip amenities, a flexible courtyard with retractable roof and a 200 sqmt green wall that will add depth, social and ecological value to the façade giving the building the street presence it deserves.
