We are delighted to announce that Nexus Planning has appointed two new Directors to its Board.

Sapna Marwaha has joined as a Non-Executive Director (People and Culture). Sapna’s core role will be to provide strategic leadership on professional development strategies to ensure we provide the best career development and opportunity culture in our infrastructure to support business growth. Sapna is a qualified solicitor who has held a number of executive and non-executive roles in the public, private and non-profit sector.

Tony Clements has joined as an Executive Director. Tony joined Nexus 12 months ago with a brief to establish a Nexus South West office. In a short space of time Tony has established a great foundation for business growth in the South West from our Bristol base. He has a strong team around him and together they have a great range of clients. Tony’s business experience and measured professional expertise will provide significant value to the Board’s decision making.

Roger Tustain, (Managing Director) commented: ‘Nexus is one of the proportionally fastest growing planning consultancies in the UK. Our growth needs to be underpinned by a culture of opportunity for all professionals in our business. Sapna’s experience in team and management culture development will be critical in support of our growth journey. Growth from within the business is one of our core principles; however to accelerate growth – especially geographically – it is sometimes necessary to appoint top professionals who are established in their respective areas. Tony’s appointment to the Board provides a clear indication that the business is fully committed to expansion in the Bristol and South West market augmenting our existing growing representation in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Reading.
