Pleased to have secured outline planning permission, on behalf of Frontier Estates, for up to 200 dwellings and public open space on land at Parklands, Bittams Lane, Chertsey. Designed by Broadway Malyan, the application was approved by the Runnymede Borough Council Planning Committee.

The site was located in the Green Belt and Nexus Planning successfully promoted it for release from the Green Belt and for its allocation for housing through the Runnymede 2030 Local Plan.

The approved development includes the provision of approximately 35% affordable homes, provides public open space, enables the retention of the high quality TPO trees, and makes significant financial contribution towards mitigation measures on the A320 as well as other infrastructure works.
