With a particular interest in strategic land promotion and largescale housing development, Lucy has been involved in many Local Plan examinations, from the preparation of representations and hearing statements to acting on behalf of clients at examination hearings.

Lucy has experience in formulating and executing planning strategies, alongside the co-ordination, preparation and submission of outline and detailed planning applications for minor schemes through to large scale housing development.

In addition, Lucy has experience in the calculation and analysis of five-year housing land supply positions, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Green Belt policies.

Lucy is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
