We are delighted to have secured full planning permission, on behalf of Hawridge Strategic Land Limited, for 80 dwellings and public open space on land at Riding Court Road and London Road, Datchet. The application was approved unanimously by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Planning Committee.

The approved development includes the provision of approximately 40% affordable homes, provides public open space and play areas, delivers more than 10% biodiversity net gain, would be carbon net zero and makes improvements to off-site highways infrastructure.

Nexus Planning successfully promoted its release from the Green Belt and for its allocation for housing through the Royal Borough’s Local Plan (2022).
