Kiri was previously Head of Strategic Development and Delivery at London Borough of Hounslow, leading the Strategic Planning Team managing strategic development and major schemes on key sites in the borough, and the Urban Design Service. Kiri has particular experience in dealing with large scale mixed-use schemes, and advising on complex and/or controversial matters including Green Belt and sites in heritage context including affecting World Heritage Sites. Kiri has previously worked on schemes within Hounslow’s School Expansion, Estate Regeneration and Council House Building programmes. With a Development Management background, she has experience in all types of pre-application, planning application and appeals; particularly strategic, major and complex development schemes, including complex S106 negotiations.
