A large part of what Nexus does is to help land owners, investors and developers achieve optimum use of their sites and buildings. This includes the preparation and negotiation of compelling proposals that add value allied to the skilful project management of the planning process.
Area wide and strategic
Nexus supports land owners, consortia and local authorities on strategic, masterplanning projects and investment plans including large urban extensions and new settlements and the re-planning of town centres, high streets and neighbourhoods.
Authority wide and sub-regional
Our town centres and retail infrastructure is changing rapidly and, as members of the Government’s High Street Task Force, we have a market leading advisory team focused on supporting local authorities to best manage and harness this change. This includes develop retail strategies and town centre and leisure studies.
