On behalf of Hawridge Strategic Land, we are delighted to have secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission for a residential development in Buckinghamshire.

The development ensures the comprehensive delivery of the HW8 allocation (in collaboration to the planning application to the south of the site) providing 87 new homes (42 of which will be affordable housing), new areas of public open space (exceeding the policy requirement) and a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain. Financial contributions will also be secured towards local infrastructure.

This follows Nexus securing the release of the site from the Green Belt and its allocation through the Wycombe District Local Plan.

The development conforms to the requirements of the development brief prepared for the allocation as well as the relevant requirements of the emerging Hazlemere Neighbourhood Plan, and the comprehensive development of the allocation was informed by close working with Bellway Homes (the adjacent developer) and officers at the Council.
