Another success for Frontier Estates in Mid Sussex with Nexus advising on the planning - this scheme for 64 one and two bed apartments has been approved on what is currently a car park in Haywards Heath town centre.

The planning committee accepted that changing travel patterns meant that the car park was no longer required to meet the need and, importantly, whilst the site was allocated in the Neighbourhood Plan for 40 dwellings, the need to make effective use of land, and brownfield land in this case, outweighed that indicative policy figure.
