Working on behalf of Frontier Estates, we managed the post-permission planning for a 5-storey office building with an associated retail and café unit in Milton Keynes Town Centre.
We liaised closely with the development team and planning officers from Milton Keynes Council to make certain that any issues were resolved swiftly and efficiently, and ensuring that the development could operate within very short timescales.
Throughout the project, we were mindful of the speculative nature of the office development. We therefore guaranteed that any changes to the planning status agreement made with the Local Planning Authority would not reduce the attractiveness to potential occupiers.
We successfully managed the submission of several applications to discharge conditions and to secure approval for minor changes to the approved scheme.
