We were appointed by Stoke City Council to co-ordinate the submission and approval of fourteen applications to facilitate new builds and the refurbishment of secondary schools across the city.
Working in conjunction with the City Council’s Planning Department and project team, in addition to the scheme designers, we coordinated a multi-disciplinary team to secure outline approval or an agreed brief for each Site.
We were also appointed to assist with the delivery of the public and stakeholder consultation strategy. As part of this, we invited councillors, local residents and other stakeholders to comment on the developments at a series of exhibitions outlining the proposals for each school.
Schemes for all the projects were submitted and approved and the new and refurbished schools are now completed.
