We were appointed by Thameswey Group to prepare and negotiate a major planning application for a comprehensive brownfield development in close proximity to Woking Station.
The development comprises of 147 new dwellings and 493 sqm of commercial floorspace in a building up to 13-storeys in height.
We contributed to the planning strategy, supporting the evolution of the design and managed the planning application process for both schemes. We assisted Thameswey Group to overcome the complex planning and land ownerships issues, enabling the smooth running of the planning and development process in close liaison with officers at Woking Borough Council.
Planning permission has been granted and the development is currently under construction.
